The Government of South Africa has agreed to host the 5th conference of the African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF2016) from 16-18 October 2016 in eThekwini, Kwazulu Natal, Durban.
The Conference will deliberate among other major themes on:
- Inclusive development and the Digital transformation of Africa, and
- Internet Governance in Africa: Building a gender balanced and truly inclusive multi-stakeholder model.
The South African Government and the African IGF Secretariat co-hosted by the AUC and ECA are looking forward to your active participation in the preparatory process and in receiving all of you in Durban.
